OK people who have the power to recruit are:

When recruiting people,look at:

1.Activeness-how active is the person in-game and on the forums
2.Skill-how good that person is at fighting.
3.experience-how much games and how long the player has been playing.
4.Attitude-See if the person can control themself and not to instantly flame,also see if they dont start trouble with others.
5.(optional)Loyalty-if you know the person and you know that he is loyal and does not use people.

ok for council members:

you guys can private message the name of someone you wish to recommend for one of the leaders to take a look at them.

when a leader recruits someone they must create a thread to notify the rest of the clan eg."[TTF]Kraetyz"

NO TESTING.this will be the 5th time i have said it,we look we like and we take thats it.we dont "test" anymore because we are now invite only.(i said that calmly)

I am a leader not council.....also i never go into others clans boards and tell them they are doing a bad job.its rude.and if someone swore at me if i did it would be fair cause dont invade other clans a tell them they are doing a bad job.
