Are image usertitles available for purchase? If so, what size are they?

Yes they are available to purchase. I know personally if you PM Ishi, he can help you with it. And generally the height should remain at 40 pixels or under. So something like 40x120 would be how big mine is.

Also remember, gifs are more expensive than sit still images.
