You need to work more in the texture and the reliefs in general of the metal if you do not want to make a cartoonish head. The excessive amount of colors made it looks bad, in my opinion.
I don't understand if the eyes are suposed to be lights, but if they're you sould not make a light point on the top of them. I mean, if it is light, it is not affected by the light and it does not have depth to be affected by the main light point. And I don't understand if there is a glass in the eyes, but if it is i don't think it would be blurred like this. Glass reflects absolutely everything when it's on a black background.
BUT, through many 'bad' crictics here is a good: Your shapes are good, man. Really good. It doesnt matter how much time you'll need to spend in front of your monitor drawing stuff, don't give up man. You can be as good as the best artists of this forum if you train.
