Hey, many times you see people sparring; or playing something else, but you only want to talk with they, so my suggestion is to make a command that allows player to connect to the server chat instead of connecting to the whole game.
Is it possible? Shortly I mean something like that:

/joChat servername

why dont you just download skype? its free and does pretty the same job ^^

Lol. I dont mean voice chat. I mean toribadh text chat so I dont have to change thru windows everytime I want to type something.

I think it would be a pretty cool idea.
But maybe direct to people so servers wouldn't be overpopulated all the time, kinda like an ingame irc.

according to toribash.wikia.com you can do this already.

You can also Be in another server and then open different tabs to chat in other servers on toribash.

Use /at [name] to add a new tab then use /chat [server name] within that new tab you added.

./chat has been removed on the server. It was an old feature that didn't work very well.

So basicly that was possible, but its not anymore? I noticed that /chat command is not working.

I remember trying this before and it only worked if you're connected to a server. Seemed to be disabled when you're in Sp.
The idea is a good one though, it needs to happen.
