The ground tex is in a spoiler with the other banners. And I can't make the arm band since I forgot how it's made.

http://forum.toribash.com/tori_textures.php then pick a arm texture(bicep/tricep and open it in whatever. Make a medium sized strip down the middle, put on transparency everywhere but the strip and edit your strip horizontally
