I bought the green hat for 81k.
It's the only type of usertitle image that overlaps your avatar, so it's special.
They're also making a green hat item, and everyone that has the usertitle image, gets all the green hat items for free (it's probably different color hats)

I still think it's stupid and a waste of TC to be quite honest.
