why can't you meet new people while in your "home"?

Usually when the main leader leaves... the clan falls apart. When I left Electric (now Emerald) the whole clan died. It hasn't been active in weeks... finally after 2 weeks the newest leader is starting to get a tiny bit more activity.

we shall see... i think it's his first big test. ;)
anyway, i wish you all the best... i'll keep posting here as long as you guys keep talking to me and want me to post. c:
