-Be more fluid
-Start further away from Uke
-Try using an opener to gain momentum before lunging into Uke
-When kicking, make sure it's in one motion. For example, you bring your leg up and snap it at him, not shove your knee into his face before extending your knee. If you know what I mean, that is :/
-Don't counterspin, try your best to keep your rotation in one direction
-Don't grab so much, keep a certain distance away from Uke (About 1 arms length -most- of the time)
-Get more momentum out of kicking off the ground, not from spinning off Uke.
