Add like....eye stuff to his eyes
But give him like a lazy eye and add like some brown and other dirty features to his hair and face nd stuff

Ross, I think he's enough dirty. More dirt would make him look like a dead person, I think.

Chillz, the hair is not bad IMO. If I made it vertically it would take hours and it would't be really better, I think.

Shading is a nightmare. Seriously look at the eyes- they are flat! Look at a ball and imitate the shading.
The eyebrows are levitating above the face?

Also I have to agree - this is more zombie than hobo- go watch "Life Stinks" by Mel Brooks

Freelancer, your color correction makes it better, but I'll probably just do this when it's done because it's hard with my software limitations. The eyebrows are floating, you're right, I didn't see it. I'll fix it. And eyes are not balls at all, but those eyes look flat, I'm fixing it too.
And how do you make this kind of hair? I really suck at making furry things D: I think I'll remake the entire hair...

I will add imperfections in the face.

Penpad and p a million of wibbly wobbly lines first in one shade then another, in this I used a brush made out of three dots in different sizes :)

Didn't finish the head and the beard. Opinions?

Get the hair done more(I know you already said you were but ye)
Add more dirt make it blend more with the hair than just throwing it on top of it
Add more to the eyebrows, still look like they're floating
I'd completely re-do the mouth, I like the idea but doesn't look to good
Ears look weird
Add more shading to the top of the head, make it shinier like a bald mans head
Shading of the right side of the nose looks really weird
Shading on the bottom of the hair line thing stuff looks weird
Shading of the top of the hair line looks off, you have hair going sideways and stuff, that doesn't look to good either
Mud on the face looks fake/bad just looks like you drew it on separately then c/p it on top of the face, doesn't really go with the face
same for the mud on the top of the head and in the beard
That's all I could think of
