Yup, the agreement states that buying, selling and sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and is a bannable offense. One person per account that you created. It prevent the "oh, my brother plays my account too and it wasn't me that scammed someone" excuse.

It just makes it easier if there is a blanket statement that no account sharing is allowed. It keeps complications to a minimum.
