He rigged a decap prize or something, I forget.
I think the permaban was a bit mean to be honest but it is a kinda sucky thing to do (despite the fact I've HEARD that two guys rigged a decap prize for 160k in a public wushu server and didn't get in trouble even though they were in the presence of mods.)

ANYWAY, vendoor pay us all 10k and all is forgiven xD.
