OK I upload them onto the texture up loader thing all images are 128 x 128 and i tried various file types bmp , tga ,and jpg none of them will show up on my toribash character even though i upload them an I can see the texture on the up loader i Even typed / download humansmoke like 90 times nutting works any suggestions?

Am I correct in thinking you've got a right hand, both feet & a head texture? Head that looks like a Mortal Kombat dude?

Skul That is correct i also have a dq and both triceps that's what im having trouble uploading

still no luck it is even showing up in my custom folder but no textures that i can see

Yup, they're black & white. Do as cinder said.

Its gry and black idk im getting new texture set so ill see how it works out.
