If clans buy private boards and they don't use it, why do you care? They bought a product and they don't use it. Is that any of your business or concern? No it is none of your business or concern. If you really care that much you could also run activity checks on those board, but really, what is the point? Not like those boards waste any resources that would force hampa to buy new server space or anything.
What do private boards have to do with testing if a clan is capable of living for extended periods of time? Correct answer is “nothing”.
The only reason I see why you would withhold a private board from a clan is prestige or “because it has always been that way”.
I hope we all agree that both reasons are to be neglected.
I also still don't see why them admins in the clan don't just power amuse their power and do whatever.
