Re-organizing the clan:
Dear sir, co-leaders and other members,
I got got this idea about re-organizing the clan because i thought and i saw that the clan needs much more work and success to have a chance to be official, the thing that you was trying to succeed from the time i joined the clan. And now, a big chance and idea is given to us. I was in my bed, thinking about the clan and how i can help him and I've this idea with this some steps:
1st step
There are a lot and a lot of inactive members in the clan that should be kicked over the clan, and they are:
The war manager: akiz95
From leader Bros: No one!
From leader little helpers: Toripaa, PuncherBot and swagPro(we can give them one other chance.)
from the unranked members: ALL of them!
2nd step
after kicking all these members, we will need other to replace them. For this, we will do a recruitment server, where are will recruit some active players at forum and in-game with minimum belt: 2nd dan black belt.
3th step
While recruiting, we must have other clan ranks, other thank: leader bros and leader little helpers, if you are okay with that something, we must change it to:
leader: something
Leader assistant: scorpionma (have better posts than co-leaders)
co-leader(s): me(emile001) and M3G4M4N
gold members: fallu, antities and jack9918
Bronze members: we will decide later after recruiting
silver members: we will decide later after recruiting
inactive legends: we will decide later after recruiting
new bloods: we will decide later after recruiting
clan bank: we will decide later after recruiting
(if other suggestions about the ranks names PM me)
4th step
Our clan bank needs more tc, for that, we must get some. And for this, I've got an idea with xxraveyxx: We will do an art thread for the clan. some of our new members must be an artist! so will will do sets and heads textures then sell it in this thread than we can get tc and we will send it to the clan bank.
Me or scorpionma must do the thread than the players will send to us the head texture then the same head texture with a water mark and and the thread creator (me or scorpionma) will add it.
5th step
We need some new banners created by fallu to the clan, so when someone join the clan thread get smiling and don't get disgusted from us.
6th step: last one
first then we apply to official, we must do and other and last thing: OUR FIRST CLAN EVENT. Like the clan mash event... 9we will talk about it soon)
