What kind of practice Downpulse? For realism I recommend xSpar or any Parkour. For regular I would say Akido (really any variation)

just to let everyone know i re added nano sound i don't know who kicked him but i liked him for his forum activity and in game activity so he is staying in nitro.

I will make a post here on pie's behalf stating that he will be inactive for a couple of days because he may or may not have gotten a concussion. He is not allowed to use his computer or think very hard so he's gonna be inactive.

And Pie if you are reading this GET OFF THE FORUMS

And this is expected I am kinda surprised this is his first concussion.
He is a lacrosse goalie. So ya know, hard rubber balls thrown at him at like 60-80 miles per hour.
