The rank is called "UKE Dummy". The rank is to show which players are down to let you practice on, it's mostly like fight school, with that UKE. This is to help benefit Rome newbies, and help them improve to be a better fighter! Just send the UKE dummy a PM or find him in-game and request a time to practice on him. IT can be any mod, or anything. If you would like to apply for it, send me a PM stating a free form app on to be the UKE Dummy
