Pingu did not like the way the clan was run, and Gamerzz did not like the fact he was not promoted. In my eyes they are dumb reasons to quit because their out right stupid or easily fixed. Learn from other people's decisions guys. (I know it may sound mean but it's the truth)

it was there decisions to leave i don't hold nothing against them they just can not ever return to nitro.
i have talked to pie and have decided that from here on out if you leave are clan you can not come back.
it shows that you have no dedication to nitro and leaving to join another clan is not a good reason to leave.
now if it is for lets say you have no power for the next 6 months and cant get on then i can excuse it because that's from something you cannot control.
but leaving because you want power in a clan is not a good reason.
also running a clan is harder then people thank it is and gamerz will find this out when he gets there.
he will have to know all the rules and such as well as make hard decisions that he does not want to take.
that is what a leader has to do and in all honesty gamerz will not be able to make those tough decisions when he needs too.
having to kick someone from a clan is hard especially when you get to know them.
i have had to make those decisions and i hope gamerz will be able to do the same.

also i am going to be at work from 1-pm-10-pm today and i have a tough work schedule for the next 3 days so if you guys could go and do some recruiting i would really appreciate it.
also if you guys can could you please do at least one clan war today i would appreciate it also i always check forums on my phone.
