Azze i think Jooker changed u since he is the only other person with buerecratic rights(Right to change people's ranks). Also i think he thought it was a rank position for the best fighter. He thought Flesh picked Bat and he thought he could pick Azze. He didn't know it was for the FCT Thingy.
