When I'm just sitting in a chair doing nothing, I visualize a laser or something being fired from somewhere like my eyes or fingers and try to track the path that it takes as it bounces off of all the walls.

I used to only eat spaghetti with chocolate cookie crushed in to it.
But I was told that was uber weird so I quit doing it.

Not sure if this counts as do in something weird, but, when I was like 5 I was paranoid and thought everything was trying to kill me. Good times..
