I do it as well. I'm like 90% everyone does this. I mean, I probably don't do it as often as you, but I'm never like "in the moment". Never really thinking about what I'm doing unless it requires me to think about it.

Well, i can confirm that neko's at least not the only one who spends a lot of time daydreaming. I also have a tendency to be dangerously absent from reality, which, on top of daydreaming, also manifests as me doing various motions with things in my hands because i'm like "yo this looks cool to me", and well, nobody else seems to do that, besides toddlers. :v

Also, i constantly apply verbal sound effects to almost everything ever (curiously enough though, this is only when somebody is around to hear it). Like, when i poke something, i will actively say "poke" or "boop" or something equivalent pretty much every time. I've gotten a bit better at controlling this urge as i've gotten a smidge older, but it's still something i just do without thinking about it. This also extends to when i'm gaming, much to the dismay of everyone nearby. A side effect of this is that i have actually gotten reasonably good at making sound effects with my mouth (although not nearly as good as that dude in Police Academy), whether it be pews or bzaps or manly grunts with my manly voice. If i didn't suffer from severe stage fright, i'd put this to better use. :U

I also have a very hyper active imagination which is from I guess having no toys as a kid. I could entertain myself with 2 sticks by pretending they weren't sticks but fighting characters and shit. Which is probably why I'm susceptible to daydreaming all the time. Pencils become animals and cans become vessels. I'm fucking weird
