You have a serious problem with running, you start good, then loses sync and mess body movements. Try to always keep STRAIGHT when it is learning parkour this is very important. Then with time you will learn to do stunts and twists in parkour maps. Another thing that has to change is its fluidity, try using the smallest possible amount of frames per turn, this makes your movements more fluid and realistic. On jump, try to create more friction with the ground, it gives you more momentum to jump. Always synchronize arms and legs in one leap. In the landing try a gentle rolling or a low king-kong (Or other vault).


Start using simpler mods, no blades, very long jumps or walls to tic-tacs. To skip objects I advise you to use the famous cork, it is beautiful, simple and easy to do. Look for mods training to train different parts of parkour, but first, I think you should learn how to run with sync.

Torito: I could make a basic mod with simple stuff for beginner parkourers if you list specifically what I should include.

Well. Parkourers must first learn to run and soon after taking small jumps and climbs, I suggest you put a track in a straight line and in the middle a low wall, also try putting a bar, people can do many things with it. Place blocks on the floor for people to learn how to jump over them without much effort. But. If I were you. Create different mods for different purposes.
