When i joined and strated talking with us i feel really good and past 1 day i got my first war in Origin and i got 3-4 wins ( that dont matter but i want to say what i maked the first days i was here) and i started asking about how we do the wars like now in some wars the manager can say Random Order like " Mercy , Jen , bercat , jen , optimus ,mercy etc " or a good order with turns " Mercy , Jen , Bercat , Optimus , twisters etc" and when i was warring and talk in the forum i started helping the clan in a good way promoting ideas after we are on a bad point in any case like when we need practice today i was the first saying we need to do this and this for improve this , and the results was training servers and we now are making a good streak of wars like win 5 and lose 1 or win 4 lose 1 and i was thinking about the perfect rank for me " War Manager " and when i view this thread and read the op , i said ... this is perfect i can tell why i want a promotion to " war manager " and now you´re reading why i want to be a "war manager" and i managed to have a good parts on clan wars and help the clan also one of the big results of me and other members like mercy , master , optimus , bercat , me and others do the big change with the ideas we started in disscusion and now this big change are we are now the 6th clan on the ladder board and im proud of that because i see i can do changes by apporting ideas and make it done with the help and acceptation of other members and me , so as a War Manager i can help more the clan but overall if in a clanwar mercy and me are in i will let mercy make decisions because he is more older in this clan and in my opinion he have more experience of what to do and should i will learn more .

Thanks for reading and i appreciate consideration of that and if i not get the " war manager rank " i will be ok because with that i will know i haved to help more and wait for it and that is another point that help me a loot .

Just one thing I would like to add to this thread, tell me your thoughts on it though. I think that people should be nominated for promotions by other members, to me it just doesn't seem right for people to come up and say "Hey, I deserve a promotion." If people deserve a promotion I think that it should be another member who sees their worth to come into this thread and start a nomination. Nothing against anyone who has asked for a promotion, it's just the way I feel.
