When I try to send $$$ to a friends :


Paypal : 'We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.'

Also when it does work i have to have a cc (i dun have) altho i got the money on my account.

Or just tell him to send your money back e/o the fee that paypal takes from him. It's small fee so you should get like 50$ back...
