Endangering peoples lives to win in a video game is unbelievable. This has to be stopped. Possible charges for the accuser/swatter should be manslaughter or attempted manslaughter(Depending on what happened).

false reporting is the only real law broken here.. he could sue for mental anguish and distress but this has nothing to do with manslaughter

i dont think that anyone could say breaking the law and putting other people in danger is good

I'm no expert but isn't manslaughter the crime of people dying because of you? And yes maybe I picked a poor title for the thread but this thread is to raise awareness and discuss preventing/stopping/avoiding it and helping those who have been affected.
