Ok thanks for re-uploading it it's clear now. Anyways after seeing it clearly I'd like to withdraw my previous offers and bid 6.1k(I would bid 2.5k but there's already a 6k bid). When it was blurred I was bidding higher in hopes that it'd be more HQ :3
