I do not see how it is fair to kick a normally well behaved clan member out of the clan for his first offence. if you kick him you might as well kick me too because even though scamming isn't a official clan thing I don't think one shot killing rule brakers at their FIRST offence is an official clan thing ether. did you know that FC did a similar thing to DjVenom. they kicked him from the clan for having a 5 day ban. he was one of their best members too without a seconds thought they kicked him. I don't see that as fair at all considering all hes done for them.

While there are parts I agree with you on, the 5-day ban you're comparing this to, isn't a month ban. And while you argue fairness against kicking someone on their first offence, thats what we've done in the past, so suddenly making exceptions would also be unfair to those that have been removed previously.

Also, the only reason Opti isn't receiving the same treatment is because I wasn't actually aware that something had happened, because I hadn't come back from my inactivity. I will however, look into that now.

I'm thinking that the person who is banned must post their side of a story before we remove them from the clan. Like a court of law. I had my ban appealed luckily so if they are telling the truth they should have their ban appealed in a week or so. If they are lying, they obviously won't have their ban appealed after a week and we can remove them from the clan. With them also being known among us as a liar. If they are banned and have their ban appealed then they should have one more chance to stay and if they are banned again they will be kicked automatically from the clan, no questions asked. If they admit to the crime that they committed it should result in a demotion down to a trial member rank as soon as they are unmanned and keep them there until we can trust them again.
