I personally would get a decent compact camera and a flat phone rather than a weird compact camera/phone hybrid because the compact camera is gonna be better.
S4 has amoled so it saves more energy when you use a black background/colours while wiko still uses regular led. Dunno about battery capacities in comparison, figure it out if you care.
The screen of wiko highway is superior and being able to dual sim is a plus if you use your phone a lot for internet but little for phoning -> internet flatrate sim + prepaid phoning sim.
Why do you want to spend so much money on your phone? You can get very good smartphones for half the price and they will perform just the same unless you want to play a lot of videogames or use other cpu intensive programs, I guess. If it is for the sake of a camera there are probably better choices. If you have a lot of money, fuck it, I guess.
Things in slow motion seems easy to perform. =(
