8 hotseat videos still need to go up, but when I'm on the last one then I'll start recording again, basically I look through the list top to botton and who ever is online first will get messaged and asked, if they don't respond in 3 minutes then I contact the next person who is online.

No, it resets each time. I don't have the time to wait around for people so choosing who ever is highest in the list and currently online is quick and convenient for me.
