May I just ask why the end of the clan name is ", recruitment"

Well, but at the end of your clan name there is a ", Recruitment". Look it up under your name on the left side, behind "Clan:".

Also, recruitment threads need to be created in the recruitment center, this sub-forum is for the clan-chat threads.
