I'm a high school dropout who constantly got Fs and never got punished. I'm in college now and I'm currently in a class that I believed that I got dropped from. Guess my parents were just more lenient than most

Ive always been good at school, im not saying im smart, im saying i was good at school

i could always breeze through and just "know" what my teachers wanted to see or read on a test

but luckily once i hit college and actually started paying for my classes i got my shit together and started to actually learn

In 5th grade I was put into something called the Duke TIP program. It was through Duke University down here in NC and it was basically a program where they were wanting me to be taking the SAT fresh out of elementary school and if I would have followed through with all of that and actually did well in school I could have had a full ride to Duke. I'm a derp
