I see blind dreams in people

Yes, you don't see dreams through your eyes, they're images projected by your brain. Blind from birth or by incident, you still see your dreams. Although, people who were born blind may not see dreams like everyone else would, because they have no perception of the sight of the physical world.

Some people believe that's how Hellen Keller got experienced with the physical world, by sensations in her dreams.

nonetheless, everyone dreams, but it varies.
