I think that there should be a forum where the non-staff can communicate with the staff in a more casual way. please feel free to add to the idea.

I use the IRC, and the only times that I'm talking to staff members is when I need help with something. On a forum for talking with them I feel that people could get to know the staff more, and even become friends.

the irc sucks and doesn't work on my computer. A lot of people enjoy and use the forums a ton more. This would help better communication between staff and members.

I'm not talking about asking questions for things like that, but more like: "Do you like your job?" or "Why did you become staff?". so basically more personal questions than support questions.
