Rather than /setowner <password> should the command not be /setowner <oldpassword> <newpassword> so if someone is opped just for while the admin is afk the password cant be changed?

How would it get abused....

100% of server stealing cases are caused by giving out OP to people. Apply the same to when house is stolen in betting rooms & various other things.
You wouldn't walk out your house if you were having a party, giving some random the keys on your way out; don't do the same with servers.

It's not like an OP being AFK is a deal breaker for rooms - even if you've agreed to do that nudging nonsense you can tell people you'll be AFK for a while so no nudges until you're back.
I'm not arguing that it's a crap idea for a crap command (there's many reasons it does make sense); however it's a pretty crap reason for wanting it.

Meanwhile that random you gave the keys to just locked you out & stole your TV & porn collection... Easy fix reiterated = don't give them the keys in the first place.

There is a point there, but you guys don't really let your moderators demote others, run your game, and get no support, do you? :O That would just cause a lot of havick...

If you put something random in general the server dies, this command would not change that

What about if you just made a server and you just want it to be alive when you get back, thats not hosting an event server you shouldnt have to plan just to make a server

Or even a beter idea. Creator of the room, primordial op cannot be deoped, kicked, baned by people he ops. That would solve all this room stealing problems.
Have aces like operators on irc...or somthing like that.

Other ops 99% access, so they cant use op powers on room maker.

Both would be very good if 2 people were trying to joint host a server

then typos are stopped, and its easy enough to check if caps lock is on or to if it isnt working you could try with caps lock
