Yes, but depending on the configuration that you use in your editor, you can not the same quality of image and video because the frames are captured in different ways. The fraps get a quality 1280px720p (my setup) with approximately 29.970 fps in which case, the Vegas can play well because it has a certain compatibility with such frames, and depending on the program you use, the frames will be recognized different and this is extremely bad therefore causes the video to be out of sync

Ok Astral and any other good SP person, this I think is pretty good. I think my flow is there and all that other jazz, Astral feel free to edit and show me what you would do please, and anyone else if you have suggestions. I think im getting better at Sp's.

Merry early Christmas I don't know if I will be on tomorrow because I usually spend time with family for the holiday but besides that anyone expecting anything for Christmas, it'll be interesting to see what ya'll want. Myself I got a new pare of ear bugs, they are the: Sennheiser CX300II. really good so far.

Last thing, could i please have a rating on my Sp ability, this will determine if I will continue trying to make SP's because I feel im getting nowhere with this. i though my skill was at like a 7 but it feels like im at a 5
