And for your question if Flip would be accepted as an official clan, I don't know, if your clan is active and has everything to be official (a story, active members...) there is no reason that he can't be official ;)
But for me there is no difference between an official clan and unofficial clan.

just be humble. Umm the counil looks at your leadership as well as how you guys act as a clan. So your leader, must make sure you guys act as a team, cause its very much needed. Never giving up an showing you have drive, is samething they look at as well. So yeah , keep that in mind buddy.

marry Christmas! Also the difference between official an unofficial is, our tags are different an we also get whole boards where unofficial clans have to make thread in the clan decisions. You can see all the names of every official clan posted in the clan decision as well. Its a long process,
