You mean feet (pairs of stressed and unstressed syllables) . In terms of limericks they're called feet, 3 feet is 8-9 syllables where 2 feet is 5-6.
Also the rule you're thinking of isn't something that HAS to be done. Most people discard this rule since it doesn't make much difference and mostly goes unnoticed.
If we look at some other of your limericks we can see you did the same thing. Not only that you also used too many syllables (You're supposed to only use 9 at most)

Also the fifth line has a different amount of syllables. (It only has 10 instead of 11)
The only lines that follow the rules are the third and fourth.
