Weekly update done.

Updated, only slight changes though since only 2 weeks have passed since last update. Over half those people haven't watched anything in a long time.

Updated, I noticed that several people's anime lists have not changed in over a year or more.

Either their lists were fake or they don't watch anime anymore and are inactive on toribash.

Decided to remove those who were champions but haven't updated their lists in over 6 months.

Reason for such action:
If you don't regurlarly watch anime, I don't see why you should hold a top position which could potentially be fake since no one would update a fake list regularly. Especially on a org where you are not active on or posted in over half a year too.


If I happened to make a mistake with the new positions or I missed someone, please let me know.
