For those of you wondering what the "Court of Light" rank is, it is the rank that is allowed to vote on applications. The requirements are: Must be Forum Active...Must be Strict.

The Court of Light should look for mainly forum active people who are good in game, but if they arent amazing in game that is ok, they just have to be decent.
