I believe the word you're looking for is tricker. And it also depends on what kind of tricker you're looking for. My favorite tricker for completing known tricks would be DahStevy. And my favorite 'spontaneous' tricker would be Private. These are purely my personal opinions.

Well I'm looking for one to help me with creating a beginner guide to getting into tricking. So I think any decent tricker should be able to assist me if they so wish.

I'm not the best tricker, but I think you should try and complete some of the 'novice' and'beginner' tricks first. It's what I did to get to my level.
