Alright, so I've come to a decision regarding the management of this clan: I'm stopping all attempts to revive it. This is the second time I've come back in the past three years after a successful two year run. The first time I came back, there was some moderate success; this time, not so much. You must also consider the fact that I'm the only leader posting (with some contributions from the new recruits) and if you haven't already noticed, I have a limited time frame to be on each and everyday (requiring other leaders to jump in when I'm not in; which we just don't have). So, from this point forward, I'm closing all gates into Zero and whoever is currently in has the freedom to leave at any time.
