Can someone please explain to me how to send war invites?

when someone sends a war u scroll down to the one that you find the invite send u than click on it and all the letters on that invite go bold than u scrool down to accept than load prizes than accept the prizes (dont put any prizes in without owner perms) but yeah u need to accept prizes evean if there are none lol
