It's not actually suppose to be put into context like that.
As you can see, le, is the clans name, and is in front of the title of every banner.
I don't really think that we need to change it, because that's how it's meant to be. If we were going to do that to rules also, it would currently be the rule or a rule. which it is not as it's not into context.
We may change it in the future, but I'm not sure if we will.
