In other news; now that I can play full-time again I will be checking for in-game and forum activity for the benchmarks of last month to next month. Please do your best to pop in the forum because it would really sadden me and a lot of others to see us die when we've gone through so much.

Anyway the problem is, there isn't really a reward system for sticking with the clan and helping out. It is easy to recruit a bunch of new members, but what keeps them around?

Same with the older members, you gotta make it exciting aha, reward people for staying active, etc.

Having said that, it ain't easy, you have people from all over the world with a bunch of different time-zones, making it a bit tricky to keep everyone in the clan going strong.
That is the problem I always had, I rarely saw anyone online due to my timezone, it's only when I stayed up late that I met people.

Anyway, you'll figure it out haha

But seriously, unless we plan events and actually follow through then our clan will die. Seems to me as if I've seen lots of "we're working on it" "we'll get more active" but there haven't been any real plans so far. Again, im not in much of a position to be telling you guys to step up but unless we do then its going to get bad really fast.
Im not clan leader or anything but this needs to be said, I Want to see talk about events and plans and such to get our activity up that isn't 100% theoretical. Stuff needs to happen here, and if it doesn't then we'll end up in the dead unofficial clan section. Sorry if I sound harsh but if I list all the members who have left in the 7 months I've been here you'll start to see what I mean. We've gained awesome members recently like meeeehhhh savlon rcnerf threebar and more, but the average amount of activity in our members has gone way down.
and another thing, The video. Rc told me that he's losing hope and thinking that we won't actually do the video, and I think it will end up like that if the last people don't submit replays. I would absolutely hate to do this but I may have to start the process with rcnerf without the last few members replays of they don't get in. I need some from omegles zeus and fate, I'll still dl lp you for poses and see if you posted any replays in the replay thread from way back, but if you three want you most recent and most impressive replays in, then you gotta give them to me. And not through Skype, put it in the vid thread but tell me with skype. My skype has been glitchy.
also, I've been seeing more activity lately and I see exactly why; it's now a discussion and not small posts completely unrelated to eachother. if there is a consistent discussion in the talk thread that people can contribute to then I think way more posts will come. Just my thoughts on things, I hope people can see what I mean.

but silliness aside, I would hate to see this clan die and honestly I plan to be one of the last members leave. I'm stcking through until the end regardless of how much I can contribute ingame, whether that be one more month or 5 more years, I'm not leaving until im forced to, if it ever comes to that, and Im not abandoning that statement.
