Your feet were god awful they were often fully contracted and you were on just your heel or the complete opposite like when you kicked the ground with your toes, there's a difference between kicking the ground and pushing off the ground, just saying. You were very stiff and when you left the ground it took you way too long to get into a decent rotation. Your arms were awful, they were stiff as hell, the landing was good but yet again, your feet.
