I don't know i'm just curios too see how an accepted/successfull staff looks like and i bet lots of you want to see. Maybe the staff their selfs can show us some. What do you think?

dargon himself at the end shows his successful smod app which may not be in the form you like, but, it gives a pretty decent idea.
