LOL we have tried a lot of things xD I think most of it was before most people joined but I used to always edit WWII propaganda posters so they were about posting... I think they were kinda ineffective but it was fun

Maybe get them to focus on some events? That will require being on forums!

Also, get them into parkour? That might help them check out some of the posts made.

What about just addressing etch one in pm, and state that its both a thing expected and one of the conditions for joining the clan in the first place.

We could do but if they don't check the forums they won't see the PM. IK Krulls has done a bit of chasing people down in skype to post and get ingame ect. and that usually works but it's a pain and I think we can find a more efficient way then having to chase people down.

All the people that don't post are the people that joined before it was mandatory to post. All the "newer" that arnt new at all but are newer then the old members xD are good for posting it's just most of the older ones that joined when we were super super forum lazy that don't post.

Hallo hallo hallo all, I have been thinking. Now the clan as it stands is invite only, which i think is a very good thing, no random people walking on in like a regular clan but, i got the idea of having a poll everytime someone is recommened. Recommened you say? what does that mean seth? Not just your average recommenedation sir! For these recommenedations you must send a letter of sorts to Krulls or Flamesmash via skype (or pm whichever you're closest to) In that letter must include why you think this person should join and maybe some fun facts and whatnot. Now, back to the polls. Ah yes the polls! If this recommendation letter is accepted by the bigwigs upstairs they will setup a poll that will last for 5 whole days, and a post in bolded red lettering, this would be the letter sent. (Letters can only be sent by members of the clan, not random people, to clear any misconceptions.) Now, it's not just a simple type of poll, after the 5 days the bigwigs look at the results and see how things turned out. The BIGWIGS and ONLY the bigwigs will decide wether or not the player gets into the clan, ONLY BASED ON THE POLL RESULTS AND MOTIVES OF THE PLAYER, NOT PERSONAL LIKES OR DISLIKES.

I think to go exclusive are the right way. Not to stop ppl from joining, (I think we recognize our own on the smell and will end up whit the same members anyways),
but to make both old and new members more aware of the unique place in time WAPOW gives us.
We need to have members who are actively working to keep our quality high, not a biggest possible passive members mass. Personal I really wish to get to know every single clansmate in person, and dont see the need for much more than 30 members. ..

This is my general view, to a sort off poll Im positive.
Its all about getting ppl active I think.
