what happens if we don't war because the other clan didn't make arrangements?

All their leaders are dead/inactive, jacklox was apparently running the event for their clan, so Kdigtydog said.

If it is shown that we make an effort to war then the other team forfeits, but if we both do nothing we both get removed from CL. So make an effort to contact him or someone running their CL team and times etc. Preferably we should aim to do it on the weekend, around 12-8pm GMT=0.

See if you can arrange it witg KDigty or maybe on their clan thread?

The rules say if you can prove you made an effort that wasnt reciprocated by the other clan, you advance
