The thing is, there aren't that many good animes out to begin with Attack on Titan being top tier Anime. SAO and GGO were sorta enjoyable, the dialogue is and the character animations aren't to my liking at all.

I think they end like that because long boring stories with bland almost faceless characters aren't associated with good Manga or Anime.
What is happening? Japan is focusing on their respected Mangas more than the Animes, thus they're slowing down, becoming bland, or out of ideas. It's not that they're "disappearing" or "Stopping" It's that the demand is rather low.

I don't see what you mean, though. SnK (Attack on Titan) is having the Subbed version of Season 2 released sometime in 2015, and SAO got a sequel.

First and foremost. Neither of those anime's have stopped. It's just that people have stopped caring long ago. You see. AOT and SAO were Anime that had a viewing group of people who didn't typically watch anime. And now that the only anime they watched is still producing a new season, they simply don't give a shit anymore and continue to watch the shitty shows they were watching before (Such as Supernatural). Simply put. AOT and SAO do not have the same following as other anime's.

Zelda just move it to off topic.

I asked the question incorrectly because I was typing fast then had to do something else. I also used the word 'good' to loosely when describing these. I ment to say you potentially good anmie IDEAS. As in what they were trying to pull vs what they actually did. SAO had good intentions but ended up failing. It could have been wonderful if the anime took things slow unlike the light manga. I wanted to see the opinions of how some good Anime ideas are turned to complete trash.

There isn't a "good" anime. Everyone has their opinions. Attack on Titan and Sword Art Online are both mainstream. But that doesn't keep it from being good in people's eyes.

what has them being mainstream to do with anything?
people shouldn't care about other opinion if they enjoy the stuff on their own.

That's basically what I said right after. But okay.

There's a practically unlimited number of anime out there if you actually went looking. Don't limit yourself to currently airing only.

Well I happen to think they were great due to good art an few other reasons I don't really care to elaborate on.

I normally watch anime that have good gory art in it with a decent story Like Ninascroll, Basilisk, Blood the Last Vampire movie was cool, Street Fighter II, Berserk Anime and the movies are cool, Spriggan, Animatrix, Afro Samurai, Guyver, Akira, Ghost in The Shell, Black Magic M-66, I didn't Like CG animation with Appleseed, but Appleseed Alpha was cool, Samurai Gun, and a few other movies I don't own yet also I like Kite, Deadmans Wonderland was kinda cool, Guin Saga, Fist of the North Star and the New Fist of The North Star and other cool shows I can't remember.

But it' not surprising to see Attack On Titan being on the list, like 15 meter human class titans in fisticuffs with limbs breaking due to over exertion and jaws lost and hands smashed, with a few humans with sharp blades that dull rather quickly so they have those packs and run out and stuff, and what Levi did with the female Titan was dope retrieving the goods.

Also have you read Shaman Warrior, NOT shaman king.

SAO good? lol, no it's not.

If your opinion of anime that's "good" is SAO, then thank god there are no longer anime like that..
Though there is a series which is just as bad and similar to SAO that just came out, it's called Danmachi.

nvm, I just read your other post elaborating your question...
It's true with SAO, the first couple of episodes were good (maybe first two or three?) of both season, and the premise was great, but then it turned to shit rather quickly. It's the type of mindless series that the majority of tasteless casuals like to watch, as you can tell by how overrated it is. With people actually praising that crap, of course the studios will want to milk that type of series, or create similar ones.

Blame the fans for bad anime.

There are people who ruin the atmosphere just by existing, you know.
