There's this really big huntsman spider that lives in my room up behind the air conditioner. I named him Ganondorf. Not too unusual but I was surprised at how big he was before I noticed that he had moved in.
We have a pretty big backyard so it's fairly common to see bluetongues and bearded dragons. Possums are also surprisingly common in the trees and fences and stuff.
To be honest the most common animal to see in weird spots are geckos.
Right now there are three gecko bodies squished in between doors/door frames around the house.
Also one day I was trying to print some notes and the printer wasn't working so I opened it up and
found a dead gecko stuck in the printer fan.
Come ti think of it and speaking of geckos, I haven't seen the gecko that lives behind my ac since Ganondorf came to stay. I guess that's just life. Better off spider food than mummified door decorations right?
And yea I know, I'm white as fuck. I had hoped I'd tan up more from living here in Australia for the last 10 years but mostly I just burn, turn red and then go back to white. Whole family's the same though. It's these German/Baltic/Nordic masterrace genes.
