I thought that was common knowledge.
It's common knowledge that Down's syndrome is due to an extra chromosome. The chromosome's number, as well as what happens inside the sperm/egg that makes the baby get another chromosome is not. The same goes for Turner's syndrome- the lack of a chromosome (7 I think, maybe it's another one idk). Though, Turner's only occurs in girls.
